Katriel turned 8 on February 15th, 2010 instead of wrapped gifts this year we opted for an experiential birthday present. Video below post! As luck would have it she was able to have HelloKitty piercing earings, how cool is that! In addition to getting her ears pierced we took her to eat at the restaurant of her choice in Durango, she chose Zia’s — this made daddy happy too!
Katriel had been asking for sometime to get her ears pierced and we felt at 8 she was old enough to handle the responsibility. She has proved us right and continues to clean here ears 3 times a day without any reminders, I am so proud of the young lady she is becoming.
